ABC News has an exclusive interview with Col. Stoudt, the retired colonel who allegedly pressured Killian to cover for Lt. Bush during his Air National Guard stint according to forged documents aired by CBS News.
Stoudt says the docs are fake, he never pressured Killian about Bush and he did nothing to help Bush get into the Air National Guard in fact he was happy to have as many pilots as he could.

If the forged documents spelled it right it is Staudt but if they didn't????????????????

Sorry, no links yet but I'm sure ABC News is promoting this so they can build audience for one of their own news shows. More capitalism from the left!? Shocking!!!

we're gonna see Kerry slip on a dress and try to sneak into the lifeboats... LOL, that would be too creative for him. He'd just push women and children aside, saying, "Don't you know who I am?"

I just want to make sure. Are there new rules? Do I have to wear pajamas or is casual clothing alright for FReeping? I want to conform to the dress code and I sure don't want to stick out like a sore thumb.

That sounds like a fantastic idea. We had a good one going on last night during Brit's show. I was getting worried though, because the batteries on my PDA that I use to post at night started running low. I will make sure I have my two replacement batteries with me tonight to ensure uninterrupted posting!

That is exactly what I thought - that Blather assumed the Colonel was dead and couldn't refute the allegation in the memos.

Well, well, well, this just keeps getting more interesting:
...At the conclusion of Bill Burkett's commentary, he also boasted that he had served as "one of the sources for information in the Michael Moore's film 'Farenheit 911.'" (sic) Burkett did not elaborate on his relationship with Moore. The left wing filmmaker has publicly called Bush "a deserter" for his service in the National Guard...

Does anybody have a link to abc news of this?
To: Tall_Texan
Good news and thanks for the post. This could break the stalemate that CBS/Rather were trying to create on the subject. Now if this will only tie back to Kerry.....

So far, I've only heard the Staudt interview on the radio from SF (KSFO). My post about Moore/Burkett connection is in the post above.
Waiting for the ABC post myself. Please ping me if someone finds it, thanks!

joint appointment with Zell Miller as Director of White House Communications!
Then make Zell Miller the Ambassador to the UN for one month only. He should be able to lace them up one side and down the other in that time. Then a one-month tour as the ambassador to France. Then give him a real job, like Ambassador to China. Let him clean up that godawful mess the clintons/gore/kerry made of it.
