In all fairness to them .. I'd give them more then a day to get on the case

Won't some kind of determination have to be made about whether "personal" memos are government documents. The FORM is government, but they weren't retrieved from government files (the forgeries weren't deliberately placed in government files), weren't on government stationery. Do we even know where the documents were purportedly FOUND? Certainly not at Killian's home (where one would suppose personal documents to reside). Are such "personal" documents maintained at a TANG base, ANY base? Again--provenance.
