I don't think Burkett is the one. I think he was set up as the Fall Guy. For one thing he had a military career in the Guard so he'd know the correct terminology if he was the author of the forgeries. I think his mouthpiece, Van Os might be someone to look at more closely.

Burkett was Army NG; Bush was Air NG.

Secretary last night said that language of "recreated" Air NG memo was Army.
