In the one photo, Mr. Baseball Cap Asshole is turned sidewise, while everyone is facing forward, facing the victims, and he is indeed "enjoying" it...check the smirk on it's face as the little girl examines the remaining piece of her Bush-Cheney sign.

And in the second photo, he has a crying pout on his mug, a half smile on his face looking at her as she is bawling away. I wasn't there but I half guess he was mimicking her, simulating crying back at her. That's what it looks like Mr. Baseball Cap Asshole is doing.

And Dad sure looks irate. He can't pop the schmuck because of that priceless little treasure on his shoulders.
