Personally, I'm for "call the morgue, forget the ambulance" idea but I've been known to be a little too extreme! ;-)
I walked the whole circuit at the Shelby Bottoms greenway this afternoon in the rain...about 11.2 miles I think...in 2:45 ....I felt so good afterwards....I woulda been more than ready for a dustup with that feral looking baseball cap backwards punka.
* sort of slow for my buisiness on rain dayz..lol
