I walked the whole circuit at the Shelby Bottoms greenway this afternoon in the rain...about 11.2 miles I think...in 2:45 ....I felt so good afterwards....I woulda been more than ready for a dustup with that feral looking baseball cap backwards punka.
* sort of slow for my buisiness on rain dayz..lol
I drove home from work at 5:15 pm in that monsoon down I-65 south to Franlkin and couldn't see five feet in front of me!
I felt like crap when I got home! lol
