It almost sounds like the idea of a fraud document was swirling around and it took a while to "construct" the piece to send to CBS..You think? Interesting!!!
Makes sense. Burkett uses the Kinkos to draft up the memo. Distresses the thing. Has it copied numerous times. Faxes it to CBS. Kinko's just a one-stop shop.
Simply because this was done at Kinko's doesn't mean the composition took place there.
Seems to me this was a convenient place for Barnes and Burkett to get together, review the work done elsewhere, and send it on to CBS as previously agreed.
All the FAXING would be done from commercial establishments like Kinko's to eliminate someone tieing in identities and telephone/fax numbers.
What we need is the copy Mr. Barnes received for review by Mr. Burkett.
That has been suggested elsewhere. The thought being, I gather, that the nature of the questions asked by CBS defined the answers CBS wanted to hear. So the source, list of questions near to hand, sat down and composed forgeries which were tailored to answer the questions.
