The source had to be very very believable to CBS.

I think I'll go out and celebrate by buying a new set of pajamas.

Dear God, I'm loving this just way too much.

But how is CBS going to defend itself that it was faxed some memos and just went with the story?

There has to be some intermediary that connects Burkett to a 527 or the Kerry campaign somehow.

Nice job. Wow, Freepers (you) are amazing. Has anyone thought of doing some "dumpster" diving in the parking lot of kinkos? Could be some pretty interesting things back there. Maybe Dan left his wallet and credit card there? ;-)

Seriously, nice work.

No, he's a GOP operative, because we know all Texans are GOP operatives.

We know the Swifties are liars because thier biggest donor is a Texan, and we know the CBS memos are real, because "Buckhead" is a FReeper, and we know OJ is innocent because Mark Furhman said the "N" word.

If you are 50 years old or older how do you fail to remember that computer printers are not typewriters?

Easy if you are male.

If Burkett had had real documents, he would have produced them in 2000.

I thought this was just a matter of time. The time and phone number they were faxed are visible on the memos.

I was wondering when somebody would trace those calls.

Makes sense. Burkett uses the Kinkos to draft up the memo. Distresses the thing. Has it copied numerous times. Faxes it to CBS. Kinko's just a one-stop shop.
