~10:41pm~ EST JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH ABILENE KINKOS: Bill Burkett has a standing account with the Kinkos in Abilene Texas, and while the lady who answered the phone would not be more specific she did say Burkett was in there last week - she waited on him on last (a week ago) Tuesday....
(Excerpt) Read more at kmclive.com ...
His lawyer, David Van Os, on Tuesday repeatedly refused to say in a telephone interview whether the officer had played a part in supplying the disputed documents to CBS. Mr. Van Os said "the real story is and should be, where was George Bush?"
This little tidbit provided us with the following information:
1. Burkett played a part in supplying the forged documents to CBS.
2. Burkett decided that he needed a lawyer.
3. That lawyer was likely provided by the DNC, and is familiar with DNC talking points.
It appears now that we are learning a little bit more about #1, above.
Great work.
You make a very good point. I do believe a couple of Texas Rangers should show up on Mr Burkett's doorstep and start aasking some very tough questions. I'm sure this is illegal under Texas law and Burkett just might be persuaded that this is the time to come clean with all the details and get a break or take the very hard fall all by himself?
Sorry if this has already been posted but didn't I read that Burkett lived in Baird, Texas? That is just East of Abilene on the Interstate.
This sounds almost to good to be true....makes me nervous that there is a setup somewhere.
Could they really be this dumb?
I think a REAL cyber crook would figure that out; but Barnes, or Burkett?
Very possible.
Hmm, wondering what style the fax machine is. The one I used at work (an old one) always had an ink cartridge that showed the imprint of the letters that were faxed. Wonder if they have that cartridge...that shows what other phone numbers (DNC FAX?) etc that memo was sent?
No. I never did any time. I just have a vivid imagination.
Actually he sounds just nutty enought to fake the doscuments using microsoft word and try to pass them off as original.
Don't be too sure about that. I live in Texas and there are plenty of people here who really, really HATE George Bush including some of my relatives. Say,...I've got a cousin who lives just 30 miles from Abilene,.....
In my neighborhood, I would say the Kerry/Edwards yard signs outnumber the Bush signs by about 10 to 1. I think the Bush supporters are afraid to put up Bush signs from fear the "liberal" and tolerant Demos will key their cars or set their houses on fire. The Demofascists are really nasty, sneaky and intolerant.
I think that's a great idea. I don't think Burkett, especially if he's a nutcase, would be able to do this all on his own. And if he did, Mary Mapes and Dan Rather are the biggest tools ever.
Burkett is a disgruntled former Lt Col in the TANG who has been making wild accusations against GWB since 1997. All fully vetted and discredited by the MSM.
I live near Abilene. Do I need to go check their dumpster?
Just had a Kinko's comercial on Fox. Great marketing.
It would be hilarious if he left one of the original documents in the fax machine. Somebody check the hard drives of the Kinko's computers and the security cameras too.
Lost within a short time will be the name Saddam; for like Osama, he was never the purpose of this campaign. Never in the history of the world has a great society survived whenever its focus was allowed to magnetize to its most powerful. And here we will clearly have in view that there is little value accorded to the innocent 3-year-old Iraqi girl who will today be playing in the streets, or the 19-year-old soldier who will launch the missile that will kill her. What do you do? Watching the sunrise on a beautiful morning, I used to feel hope. Before my illness, I felt exhilaration at the prospects of the day. After my illness, I felt hope that I might work hard to live. Now I feel sickness that today another massive group of people, held worthless by this anointed king, will be trampled upon like grapes. But their blood will not be rendered into wine. It will be spilled into the sands of this desert or another, or on the streets of Washington, or in the halls of the US Congress, or in the courts.
Rest of the screed is here.
It's quite long and disjointed, but gives you a view into his mind.
I share your sentiments. At this point in time none of this makes sense to me.
HAHAHAHA! THAT IS GREAT! LOL
WOOHOO!
Great work.
