The Bushian upward trend appears to be continuing unabated. As the various scandals about CBS' forged documents, recent revelations about Kerry's activities in Vietnam, and the generally unlikable personality of John Kerry becomes more widely known, Kerry has been steadily moving downward, and Bush moving back up. Combine this all with the fact that undecideds on election day usually tend to stick with the incumbent, and we could be looking at a serious Bush landslide, something which I honestly would not have thought possible even a month ago.
Let's take a look at the good polling data coming out today, shall we.....

poll ping
On a lighter note, Adam Clymer, (yep, the same) was just on CNN's "inside politics" with Judy Woodwruff..he's now with the Annenberg schooll.. He said..I SWEAR>>Bush is in trouble..they just did a poll of "Persuadable" voters..those who change their minds back and forth..and BUsh has lost 6 points in the last two weeka with this group.. I SWEAR..you couldn't make this up..
AND they looked series. We all know what a Clymer is, LOL.
Hah!
Great minds and all that..
BWAHAHAHAHAHA
"Persuadable voters!"
LOL! Never heard THAT term before.
All of this was to be expected.
The MSM now has to cry that Kerry has momentum
Going on Imsu and Letterman are the actions of someone starting a campaign, not someone who is 7 weeks away from the close of it.
The Left loves its little delusions.
Me too! I was watching CNN and they stated that, ". . . among voters between 49.7 years old and 49.8725 year old, the majority were leaning strongly toward the possible position of thinking they might actually be convinced, depending on who is doing the convincing and what the definition of "is" is, that they could be persuaded to lean a little left when it comes time to vote.
The kerry campaign has taken heart over this unexpected development!
In other news Kerry is gaining rapidly among Rather supporters and other mental patients.
They are really desperate..but did you notice that at the end, Judy forgot to go "hmmmmm."...BTW, did it every occur to you all that political junkies, from the right, like us..give that POS show 2/3 of its viewers..
It's part of the "know thy enemy" strategy.
I watch fox most of the time though. I really don't need (can't stand) to hear Carville or Begalla (spelling?) spew.
I will definitly tune in shortly after George W. Bush wins the election though. I want to see their pain.
Actually...I find Candy Crowley hot...
LOL!
"Persuadable" voter - defined as "voters who actually think CBS' TANG documents were authentic". ;)
That Senate news really is not good. Isakson is up by only 6 in GA? That was supposed to be a sure GOP pick up. I suspect in the end he will win, as will DeMint in SC, but for those races to be close is not a great sign. Sounds like Coburn is beginning to drop in OK too. Burr has a long way to make a comeback. We had better gain in FL, LA, and SD to offset the loss in IL and possible losses in AK and CO.
On the contrary WE KNOW the MSM will begin to pull out all stops to try to pull their Lurchman back up.
I expect to start hearing "quagmire in Iraq" anyday.
Btw FRee Republic Rules, I get to turn to you all and discuss the latest distortions. It keeps me sane, seriesly.
only 48 days to go, and it's 4 more years!
