According to Laurie Dhue at the bottom of the hour all flights are grounded at LAX due to a "radio problem"...

ABC reporter at LAX is reporting that no planes are being allowed to take off or land if they are a commercial flight that will be travelling higher than 12,500 feet. Small aircraft apparently are taking off from Ontario, but on the scene reporter at LAX noted no planes were landing or flying around the airport.
(Long night at the old 'port, me thinks.)
