According to Laurie Dhue at the bottom of the hour all flights are grounded at LAX due to a "radio problem"...

I dropped off my hubby at SD airport too. Five minutes later I had to turn around and pick him up. I hope there's no hassle when he tries to go again in the morning. He's not too happy. Ugh!

Power problem affecting aircraft communications, Palmdale Center seems to where the problem is. Were going into two hours now, and it's affecting many airports in the west, and causing delays nationwide, according to reports.
