No expert with any intelligence is going to form an opinion based on copies. They will only authenticate originals.
AFAIK, not only are these copies, we don't know (read: DNC-BS hasn't told us)
whether the copies they have (they deny having the originals) were copied 500 times, faxed back and forth a few dozen times, and then scanned (how many times?) into a pdf file.

They will only authenticate originals.right and wrong. no one will authenticate on dupes, but dupes can be of such obvious forgeries that a document can be discredited on that basis. (for instance, you can cut and paste a signature and xerox the doc and not know whether the sig was on the original. but if the signature is a forgery, it doesn't matter, because it's obvious even from the copy that the thing is no good.)
