I most definitely agree.

It is also likely that AQ would plan for more than one weapon per city- in case one fizzled or was detected.

I've found alot of info on the effects of a 1 kiloton weapon- and it is chilling.

Incidentally, when the "Genesis project" was developed- by planners in the Frederick, MD area- to handle survivors of an attack on DC or Baltimore- they specifically chose to deal with the effects of a 1 kiloton weapon. Could be just coincidence- could be they know something.

Well in the one article they said they averted one attack, but they are concerned that it may mean they are still going ahead with 1-2 more, whatever that means
