This snip is under "Movementation: The task of the movement"
The Islamic movement is a universal organization that reaches out to encompass the workers in the Islamic field all over the world. This outreach is a precondition for success in conveying purely and clearly the Islamic message in ways relevant to the needs of the present time. This outreach is designed to call people to Islam, strengthen their belief in it, and organize them to work and to wage jihad in its cause.
..."Moreover, we will not stop at this point, but will pursue this evil force to its own lands, invade its Western heartland, and struggle to overcome it until all the world shouts by the name of the Prophet and the teachings of Islam spread throughout the world."
At the July 2000 annual convention of the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) in Baltimore, speaker Tayyab Yunus pleaded with the audience:
The youth is very important And, we all want to see our youth to succeed to become doctors, to become engineers; but how many of you can actually say that you want to send your sons to Jihad, to Chechnya? How many of you can actually say that? [Takbir! Allahua Akbar!] How many of you can actually say that you want to send your child How many of you can actually say that you want to send your youth to fight in Jihad or to send them to to these Islamic Institutions to become educated? I'm sorry. Other than that, I honestly believe in my heart that this is the time, right now is the time.
MIM: See web domain registration of the Universal Heritage Foundation in Kissimee, Florida listing Zulfiqar Ali Shah as domain registrant and Tayyab Yunus as tech support at the bottom of the page ,this listing shows the connection between the Tayabb Yunus, head of the Muslim Youth and Zufiqar Al Shah,( former president of ICNA) with ICNA/MAS - Muslim Youth and the UHF.

A picture on the assumed explosion site in North Korea's Ryanggang Province taken by satellite Arirang 1 at 10: 59 a.m. Wednesday. /provided by the Korea Aerospace Research Institute
- Satellite Photos Should Reveal Causes of Ryanggang Explosion
Although pictures of the explosion site in North Korea's Kim Hyong-jik County, Ryanggang Province were finally obtained through the camera of a domestic satellite on Wednesday, six days since the explosion, the truth has hidden itself under a much more complicated mystery. Since the quality of the pictures is too low to distinguish even for experts, it has become much harder to grasp the truths of the explosion as there are many experts who are having hard time finding any traces of an explosion. Although some of them said that there seemed to be a few traces of an explosion, they agreed that it was hard to confirm as the quality of the pictures was poor.
In order to obtain the results of more accurate satellite picture interpretation, specialists in military and intelligence agencies should participate in the work. The government, however, is still delaying the work of interpretation. "Only the experts of the aerial photograph interpretation department of intelligence headquarters could clarify it," stated the Ministry of National Defense (MND). MND added, however, that "An official request from the MND and the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) must be brought forward to mobilize the staff, who work at a secret facility in Yongsan Garrison."
On the other hand, some government circles are changing their opinions from their earlier assertion of a large scale explosion, stating "There may have been no explosion at all." National Security Council deputy head Lee Jong-seok said Wednesday, "Although it is not accurate, we are currently regarding the assertion of North Korea as positive or that some sort of natural phenomenon occurred," adding, "I've heard it was a phenomenon that could happen even if a small tank-lorry exploded."
National Intelligence Service (NIS), which is known to have obtained the earliest satellite pictures, reported to the National Assembly's Intelligence Committee about the incident, that "There is still some possibility that North Korea conducted a blasting operation to set up a hydroelectric dam near Kim Hyong-jik County, and a unique styled cloud could be mistakenly perceived as an explosion in relation to the weather condition of that day." It added, "We will continue tracing." According to the request of the committee, NIS held a breakfast meeting Wednesday to explain the incident. Different from what was first said, there wasn't any large scale explosion, and there was a high possibility that it was a normal blasting operation for a hydroelectric dam North Korea asserted, said NIS.

SAAR Network Affidavit Unsealed
By SITE Institute
Published in: SITE Institute
October 17, 2003
A crucial affidavit in the investigation of the Safa Group, also known as the SAAR Network, a network of numerous individuals and companies primarily based in Herndon, Virginia, was released earlier today. The initiative to unseal the affidavit was spearheaded by Dow Jones & Co. The March 20, 2002, Affidavit in Support of Application For Search Warrant written by ICE Special Agent David Kane was unsealed in the Eastern District Court of Virginia. Over 100 pages, the affidavit outlines in great detail why the government believes that the SAAR Network was providing material support to terrorist groups.
Special Agent Kane noted in his affidavit, I will show in this affidavit that various individuals associated with the Safa Group are providing material or financial support to international terrorists and terrorist organizations through terrorist front organizations.
Much of this investigation is detailed in "Terrorist Hunter", written by Rita Katz, the Director of the SITE Institute.
