Actually, its the meds one takes for psychosis that do that to a person. From the sounds of algore, he probably just went off those meds again.
When your entire life is dedicated to winning the White House, and then you come up about 500 votes short, while losing your home state and the home state of the sitting president, either of which would have catapulted you to victory, then this is the sad conclusion of those events. Ain't life funny. Heh heh.

50 lbs? You are dead wrong. Remember, that weight is spread over a 6'2" or 6'3" frame. It's 75 lbs or more. He's pushing 300, I'll bet. I used to weigh people in a past life and can make a pretty good estimate visually.
