The authenticity issue can be proven one way or the other by his answering whether he has a copy, or whether he has an original.

No. A document may be a copy and still be authentic. A photocopy is authentic.

If he has the original, why was it doctored to look like a copy? Let's see the typing strike throughs on the back of the page, etc., etc, etc.,

It might have been photocopied or faxed, or both. The pdfs DNC-BS has supplied are pretty fuzzy.

Yes but all DOD paperwork, although this is personal paperwork and I understand that, but all DOD paperwork photocopied, personal or not must have a stamp on it saying certified copy or initial and date of a superior officer or official representative annotating its authenticity.

#29-If the document was a copy of an original, why does it have repeatable background noise associated with copies over and over from a Xerox?
