How were these found?

If in the Pentagon or on some base, there is a major security breach to investigate.

CBS hasn't yet said, except to claim that at one point at some time, they were in the officer's personal file.

They haven't provided the chain of custody, which is something you need to show if you want to use a document in court as evidence.

That is a separate requirement from showing that the document is authentic, and separate from showing who created the document.

Thanks, I wondered, if someone claims these came about by way of the 180 that Bush signed, then government sources WOULD have been tampered with and the "SH!T will hit the fan."
