I don't know how many times recently I have gone to post something on a thread to be told it has been pulled and there is a duplicate. That means all the comments are for nil! Irritating because I am not on here in the middle of the night usually!
I think that when a thread is pulled for being a duplicate, the posts should be combined instead of lost.
I had a poster complain to the moderator and get a thread pulled after I had asked permission of the original poster to repost the thread and had done the html myself. I was so annoyed.
