OK Just watched a Bit of the speech, please someone help me here.
Did I just hear Kerry Flip Flop on the Gulf War?
He now thinks we should run the Iraq War like we ran the Gulf War?
Someone help me out here.
He voted Against the Gulf War and voted for the Iraq War but he now thinks he was WRONG on both positions?
Would not this be a DOUBLE FLIP FLOP?

Yes, but if you double flip flop and stick the landing, then technically it isn't considered a real flip flop, so he gets no points deducted and a technical score of 8.75.
Unless it Wednesday, which is humpday, so he gets a bump of .2, but must deduct his negative bounce from the Convention for a final score of 6.95.
