Kerry will speak from the same auditorium where President Bush, two years ago, laid out the case for goign to war with Iraq. What position will Kerry espouse today?
Kerry cites Bush's saying "Soft bigotry of low expectations".
New Bush bash: George Bush has set the low expectations.
This guy is a certifiable lunatic
He is lying. Did you hear him say that he would "make sure" the troops would have body armor. The damn idiot voted against it! He's one scary guy.
I want a transcript of this speech. I heard that "whole bunch of things" comment too!!! HA!
Did he say Dingell-Norwood.
"It's GWB who has set low expectations and has met them". That's the soundbite we'll hear again and again on the evening news.
Bush is the one who set "low expectations". And he met them.
At least he has the good sense to have stolen Bush's refrain of "I believe....".
he is now using the Clinton Nod.
Well there is a carville line...Bush has set low expectations, and met them.
Did Kerry just call Bush a bigot?
I thought the tax cuts (which he opposes) covered that.
And pulled the trigger. He may want to do it on Nov 3.
WE ARE DOING THINGS IN IRAQ RIGHT NOW!!

'Chiller Pack' Boosts Power Production Near Najaf
By Mitch Frazier
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Gulf Region Division
BAGHDAD, Iraq, Sept. 7, 2004 Beads of sweat drip from the foreheads of Iraqi laborers finishing a power plant upgrade north of Najaf. In the wake of war and in 115-degee heat, the team installs a new radiator on a generator air intake. It's an installation that increases electricity output of the machine by more than 15 percent by cooling the hot, dry desert air.
I'm watching this from my office five miles north of Union Terminal, where JFK Lite is speaking.
We have enough of an air pollution problem already in this county without Kerry. I'm filing a complaint with the EPA. I don't think Kerry has a permit to spew his garbage here.
Get this creep the hell out of my state! Did he buy another mansion here or something???
Stand up to our enemies, and bring our troops home......
Closed to the public, a few hundred attendees -- per earlier reports.
Kerry gets the Emil Faber "Knowledge is Good" award.
For a policy speech, this thing seems to be lacking something.
What could that be?
Oh wait, I know.....it's missing the POLICY part.
