It's also a big diss of the Poles, and there are a huge number of Polish-Americans in swing states, like Michigan..

Everytime I hear him utter the word "actually" I'm reminded of one of his flip-flops.

The man chose to protest the war resolution by voting no on the 87 Biliion- and basically voted to put our troops at greater risk without equipment they needed. Nice way to protest, you moron.

RUSHED to war??? I remember at the time thinking we were giving Saddam Hussein too much time to get rid of his WMD stockpiles! We didn't "rush to war" fast enough, IMHO!

Kerry is mentally ill.
He's changed positions so often I'd need a spreadsheet to keep track.
A few weeks ago he said he'd vote for the war even absent WMD. Now he says it's the wrong war, wrong place, wrong time. When he was running against Dean he said don't vote for me if you're anti-war.
At least Clinton could remember what he'd said the day before. Kerry should know the minimal job requirement for the presidency is to have some kind of decent memory of what was said the previous day.

He did.
Using the 1000th death for politics.
Again. Just like he used the Vietnam dead for his politics. And camera re-takes of his exploits.

New direction based on common sense:
close tax loopholes for companies that ship jobs overseas,
take that money and reward people who keep jobs in America.

Kerry's "foreign policy" speech is about domestic issues - jobs, economy, healthcare, outsourcing.
Kerry flip-flops on the topic of his speech.
To: Rebelbase
Does that include Heinz???

I'm hoping that kerry will have been exposed enough that when he runs for the senate again, he just might lose. I realize that MA being mostly liberal dems will probably still vote for him, but maybe, just maybe even they will be sick of him. And pubbies there to challenge him?

There is nothing new in this speech. For a major foreign policy speech, it sure has wandered off message. Any comments regarding Africa? Korea? Any strategy for the Mid-east as a whole? How we deal with Europe? Nope. Just whining about the pace of progress in Iraq.

Tim Curry from NBC(?) was on Batchelor last night saying Kerry is going to focus on the $$$/lives cost of the war as his new tactic. He will discuss how we shouldn't be spending money in Iraq and he will alternate that theme withhis economic message which will be we need to have a better economy.
