If Islam was truly a "religion of peace," then we would have seen tens of thousands of Muslims marching in dozens of cities this weekend, decrying the slaughter of children done in the name of Allah, in the name of Islam.

The silence of the Muslims equals quiet, tacit support for terror, to this humble infidel.

A few newpaper columns means nothing.

Where are the mass demonstrations against the unspeakable evil done in the name of their religion?

In #10, I didn't mean by "a few newspaper colums" Prager's column.

I meant the few columns in Arab papers condeming the attacks.

(Just to clarify an ambiguity I saw after posting.)

Maybe Muslims don't march?
I know they riot, but I have
never witnessed Muslim's marching
for any cause. PEACEFUL ASSEMBLY
is not in the Koran.

It is a long-standing point of Law in America and even before that, that silence gives consent. The "moderate" Muslims are happy with the murder of we infidels. When they deny it, they are "virtuous" according to the Koran in deceiving the infidel for the cause of Islam.

I didn't see anything in my newspaper, and I live in a part of the state with a large Muslim population.

Bump to all that --- they keep telling us that there are a billion peaceful muslims and a mere handful of extremist who have "hijacked" the religion --- BUT you would not see 5 or 6 Baptists or Lutherans or Orthodox Jews hijack their religions and be allowed by the others to get away with it.

Muslims are tolerating all the violence --- the slaughter going on in the Sudan, the beheadings in Indonesia, the flying of airplanes into the WTC, the shooting of little kids in the back --- because they agree with the goals.

Travis, you are right on the mark. I have been asking these questions since I saw the (now disappeared) video of the Muslims dancing for joy in the streets on 9-11. When as many Muslims gather in the streets to condemn terrorism as gather to cheer it on; only then I will believe it is a religion of peace.

You won't see it, they are too busy coming up with nice sounding excuses, demanding freedom for the muslims to come here and do whatever they want here. Trying to turn the Constitution into something that allows them to kill us.

I've forgotten. How long, exactly, was Abu Grahib front-page, above-the-fold news for every newspaper in America? (Watching Fox&Friends this morning, it took over 40 minutes for there to be ANY mention of Beslan, and then only as a few-second snippet in the headlines as today several hundred innocent victims were buried.)

As someone else pointed out, this is the LARGEST terrorist attack since 9/11, and certainly the most vile. Yet the must-get-Kerry-elected media fears that a focus on terrorism might give Bush a political advantage, so they continue to ignore it for dozens of stories about hurricane cleanup efforts or Clinton's dietary habits. It's shameful how they've behaved.

May God bless the precious little children who were terrorized and injured and lived to tell about it. And may He hold close in His arms those who didn't.
