THE LEFT SAYS : ASKING ABOUT KERRY'S SENATE RECORD IS CHARACTER ASASSINATION !!!
6 September 2004 | EagleUSA

I was just watching the Hannity and Combs Show on Fox where they were interviewing two campaign advisors, one for Bush, one for Kerry. What was really encouraging was how intense the Kerry guy (Bob Somebody) was dodging questions about what Kerry had done in the Senate over the past TWENTY years! Since the guy obviously HAD NO ANSWER he immediately accused the commontator of "picking apart Kerry" and "character asassination" -- by questioning Kerry's senate performance record.

Watching these guys squirm is just amazing. You cannot get an answer to any legitimate question about Kerry from any of his mob. The campaign manager from the right, was answering all the questions for this guy. These Kerry guys are TRAPPED under a major loser. I have never seen so much "tap dancing" and question evasion -- wow, this again is encouraging since it is all working for Bush's gain. Earlier on the same network, another Kerry camp person was denying that all the polls were right about Bush taking a 10 point lead...just denying reality time after time.

I think Chicken Little was right.....the left is just coming apart at the seams. It would really be fun to chronicle the entire time between the DNC and election day and capture all the lies these guys are putting on the American public, via their accomplices in the media, of course. Wow!!

The whole segment started circling the drain when Beckel tried to insert Cleland's three blown off limbs into the discussion.

Fox loses credibility every time they put Beckel on.

I saw some Kerry Campaign spokeswoman on Fox today who kept saying the Gallup Poll showed Bush up by 1 point... she must have said it 6 times.

Must be that publik skool edumakation... where else can a 52 - 45 lead be a "one point lead". Looks like 7 to me.

AND NO ONE CALLED HER ON IT AFTER SAYING IT OVER AND OVER.

The only way she can get to a "one point lead" is to subtract the MoE of 3 points from Bush's total and add it to Kerry's total to get a 1 point difference.

While they are ranting about everything they never answer any questions.

Didn't Colmes serve in Vietnam? Or was that Kerry? I think one of them did.

Oh, wow! Bob Beckel. It's as if the Dim party hatches from slimy pods.

Beckel even went on to say that President Bush was one of the most unlikeable candidates in history. The guy for our side, subbing for Hannity was still stunned 20 minutes later.

Bob Somebody? That was Bob Beckel! You must be new around here, that man has a history.

(The last chapter was when some fat Russian prostitute he picked up over the internet tried to blackmail him. It also marked the last (only?) time the man ever did the right thing; he turned her in to the police instead of paying her. I mean, paying her to keep quiet, because he'd already been paying her for sex.)

Bob was whining tonight about Max Cleland more than Bob Kerry, and that is old, old news.

The only thing that's really new is that Rich Lowry seems to have misplaced his clean tasseled loafers. He was feistier tonight than I have ever seen him. No more Mr. Too Nice Guy!

Bob Beckel has always reminded me of a union boss that I once knew. No regard for other thoughts (or the truth), just his own self interests?

Yes - I hit the "mute" button as well --

Bob Beckel, who managed Walter Mondale's 1984 presidential campaign and also tried to steal the election for Al Gore by attempting to get individual state "electors" to switch and vote for Gore - even though "W" had won that state...

I hope that they hang onto that denial. Anyone who has The Grim Reaper for a candidate shouldn't be talking about likability.

I constantly notice that when asked a legitimate question regarding Kerry voting record the DEMS constantly change the subject... and even when hammered by people like Hannity they still never answer the question. Now its character assasination to validate what the man did in the Senate for 20 plus years? What is he going to say in the Debates? Senator Kerry can you please explain your vote on the ... (fill in the blank)...
Well uh actually I voted against that one before I voted for it and if it was presented to me today I might or might not vote for it depending on the polls.... uh.. uh... uh...

What is with this guy and the MSM giving he such a break on these issues.

Don't be fooled. Beckle is NOT a moron. This cat is shrewed, crude, and vicious. Although I belive him to be a Zell Democrat deep down inside, his slime ball techniques are usually delivered in a stright shooting style. He can sometimes actually talk about stuff that's "off talking points" with some of the more intellectual guests. The point is that tonight he was shaken to the core. It was almost like the lie he lives hit him in the face. In fact, he covered his face with his hands a couple of times. That's some serious body language from a guy like him, and his mumbles and attempts to talk over others was also uncharacteristic. Implosion is a bitch.

I think I heard them insisting that the 1 % lead was among REGISTERED voters, and the 12% lead was among LIKELY voters.

Still never enough, in my book, until November 3rd and we are safely over the top, with enough of a mandate that the sKerrys are left just whining. We don't want no stinking lawyers, this time!!!

Is Bob Beckel the guy who made the comment during the CA Recall that Arnie was going to have to start dodging "real bullets"?

also tried to steal the election for Al Gore by attempting to get individual state "electors" to switch and vote for Gore

By trying to dig up dirt on them, which makes the episode with the blackmailing prostitute all the more ironic...
