Most of the knock-out schemes I've seen (gases, etc) that will knock out a 180# man in an instant will kill 80# children. And as we use them, terrorists will adapt with pressure-release "dead man" switches as SOP.

We're going to have to accept casualties, period.

IMO gases never worked to disable. Just to kill as we saw first time in russia....... Gas is not an option to consider.
