Not could -- will. Look at Oklahoma --- there were Arabs involved in that --- McVeigh was seen with Arabs right before -- and a day care was hit.
When Arabs plan to blow up a subway --- like they were just caught doing in NY, they plan to kill children and there are terrorists threats against the schools or any place where many people are -- including small children.
