Miller himself gave the key last night: "I once was lost, but now am found". With God's help, people can change. Whatever he once was, Miller obviously is different now. He was pro-abort, now is prolife, etc.
But the non-theist Dems deny the power of God to change a person, thus cannot comprehend genuine changes, only changes in posture for political reasons. Thus, Bush is still a drunk, etc. They'll say anything to seize and hold power. But Judgment Day is coming.

Yeah, that has been interesting to watch what's going on in all the states and what the average person is doing/saying, and what the delegates did in NY, etc.

With notable exceptions, mostly late last night, the music of this convention has been disappointing.

Rumor is Zogby will have Bush 6-8 points ahead tonight.
But I don't trust any Zogby poll that is not concurrent with election day. He's a player up until the last minute when he becomes a statistician.

.Mort Kondracki for one. I got the distinct impression that he might vote for Bush. My impression about Mort is that he's a one-issue voter: embryonic stem cell research. I think he'll vote for Kerry, national security be damned.
