Retton's a Pubbie? I'm not surprised in the least, after all she's energetic and hard-working.

The final moment's on Brit Hume this evening had scenes of bad republician dancing.

(Just because you did not see it or read it, that does not mean it did or did not happen.)
NBC - Brokaw, Russert, Matthews. Kerry is coming out with a strident speech after the President's speech. Will say that those who didn't serve (Cheney), adn those who misled the nation about Iraq have no right to accuse Kerry of not being patriotic, and not caring about national security. Whoo, boy. That tar-baby sure is working overtime. Kerry is also said to be rebutting Zell's speech of yesterday.
Will be an interesting news cycle tomorrow, for sure.

I wonder how late Kerry is going to be for his midnight speech.

"You just stand"
Ain't that the truth in the Lord. Praise God.
13 Therefore, take up the full armor of God, that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm.14 Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
To: Howlin
Tom and Tim are saying Kerry's speech tonight at midnight is going to be just as strident as Zell last night. "It's a seismic switch", says Tom. Brokaw says Kerry sees that as an attack on his patriotism. (Red herring). Kerry knows, EVERYONE knows that his patriotism was NOT challenged. People aren't stoopid!
Brokaw says Kerry will be out defending his honor now, not windsurfing in Nantucket!

Why, am I not allowed to come in here and discuss expectations with everyone else. Do certain segments of the populace not count? Is this not what this bloody convention is about - seeing what this man intends to do. Shut up yourself. If I weren't serious about this stuff, I wouldn't be here. I worked to help get this man elected to his first term. What did you do? I think I've earned the right to say something.
