I live not too far from Senator Miller's office in Young Harris GA. If you want to send the good Senator a note of thanks, post on this thread. I'll print the thread out and drop it off at his office, letting them know that should he like to return a comment, I'll post it here at FR.
Senator Miller:
Thank you for your heartfelt speech tonight. You hit all the right notes (don't listen to the MediaCrats...they just don't like losing.)
And thank you for taking on Chris Matthews! He's been using that little rhetorical device for years...the one where he puts misquoted words in the mouth of his guest. He did it to Michele Malkin and he was trying to do it to you ("questioning Kerry's patriotism"). I think you were prepared for it and I loved how you pounced when he did it! It was bee-U-tee-ful!
God bless you and your family.
Yes, Kerry and his cohorts slandered us all. The enemy media in America supported them, and many people believed them. We could not defend ourselves against that slander. Now -- after half of my lifetime -- the truth is beginning to come out, but the enemy is trying to silence us again.
John Kerry is a commie red traitor. I would have fragged him if he was my commanding officer in Vietnam. I'm surprised that no one did.
Thank you Senator for the most powerful speech I've ever heard.
You burned like a cutting torch tonight.
Conviction resonated with every utterance.
You have done a great service for America at no small risk to your physical safety--such is the state of your party.
You opened your door to the nation and the world--
--and everyone can see you're at home in your soul.
Thank you.
replay on Fox now, for us insomniacs
Hillary Clinton spoke of a "vast right-wing conspiracy." As always, the enemy accuses us of what they, themselves, are doing. There is in fact a vast left-wing conspiracy. We see it every day, in the Kerry Kampaign and the DNC talking points, coordinated with the enemy media. That is why I no longer call them liberals or leftists. I call them the enemy because that is what they are. Bad news for America is good news to them, and good news for America is bad news to them.
Dear Senator Miller,
Thank you so much for your most excellent speech this evening. I just caught the repeat after a long day. Your standing up not only for your family but all of America's families has truly warmed my heart. God bless you and keep up the great work!
It's so nice, I'm watching it twice! : )
Your courage humbles me sir.
Thank you Senator Miller for standing firmly with us in a time of peril for our nation. God bless you for being willing to declare the giant elephant in the nation's living room which is that the Democrat Party, under it's current leadership, is no longer an American party dedicated to the Constitution and the preservation of our Republic. It has been taken over by those who no longer love America and are committed to seeing us dissolve into the world socialist collective for the "good" of all who hate liberty.
Best wishes in your retirement from the Senate and in your coming endeavors. I'm sure that in whatever way you can, you will continue to fight the good fight to preserve the real America for our children and the generations to come.
A Former Democrat
I'd like to call you my senator, Zell. That is a compliment, although it might not sound like much of one. My senators are Feinstein and Boxer.
Thank you for using your good old common "horse sense" by prioritizing the needs of our wonderful Country. With terrific Gentlemen like you, there just might still be hope for the Democratic Party!
God bless you!
Zell,
Kuddos from from Paris where our history books still call Americans libertors and Germans occupyers.
FrenchForBushInAustin, now in Paris.....
Thank you Mr. Miller. You are a true American patriot.
Please continue to be a voice of patriotism & reason. I think that you made a terrific impact with your speech; hope to see more of you...and anyone else of like-mind that would care to comment!
>>Imagine when Zell has to go back to the Senate. Not one Democrat will talk to him.
If Senator Miller views them as I do, and it seems he does, that would be a bonus.
Thank you, Senator Miller, from Dunwoody!
Thank You Senator Miller for speaking clearly and truthfully last night. My family and I honor your service and appreciate your concern for our country and her people.
I hear so many people say that Republicans and Democrats are the same. You have proven with your magnificent speech that this is not the case. Thank you with all my Christian/Republican/Libiertarian and maybe now, a little bit Democratic heart, because of you.
