This is what I was expecting from the PI. But not in August. Pathetic. I get this screed instead of the Tacoma paper which I felt was left of the Times. The puppy does have to eliminate on something while we house break him I suppose. I'm still sending off a point by point rebuttal. It'll make me feel better.

They endorsed Bush in 2000. Reads like the typical "seminar caller" script to Rush Limbaugh:

"Hey, uh, megadittos Rush. Say, uh, I voted for George Bush in 2000, but sorry to say this Rush, I won't in 2004."

Dear Seattle Times-

Bush set up the war on terrorism in the terrorists backyard. He used Hussein's own actions as justification to invade Iraq. Thus creating a base for operations where it would be most effective.

Terrorists flock to Iraq in open defiance to take shots at our fighting men instead of boarding airliners disguised as those among us to kill our civilians.

Bush has done exactly what he said he would do with the terrorists, "Smoke them out, get them on the run and then kill them..." If you don't have the stomach for this nasty warfare, fine. But don't you stand in the man's way.
