Really stupid. . .but of course; with two SUV's involved there can be no question as to whose fault this should be.

"Five people in that vehicle were seriously injured; the other three sustained lesser harm. Only one was wearing a seat belt":

Wondering which classification the one wearing the 'seat belt' falls into...

"cut off a Ford Explorer, forcing that vehicle to swerve to the right"

I am a big bike fan but some fool cuts in front of me and it's either me and my family or the moron on the bike, the biker gets my bumper up his sphincter.

"A handful of motorcyclists were on Highway 364 Saturday when they changed lanes and cut off a Ford Explorer, forcing that vehicle to swerve to the right and hit a Chevrolet Suburban."

You know, something about this story doesn`t make sense. I have never seen a motorcycle cut off a car/truck before. You would have to have bowling balls between your legs to do something that stupid.

If you are on a motorcycle, you know you will always lose a battle with a car, even more with a big SUV or a truck. You also tend to be more aware of your surroundings on a motorcycle than in a car/truck.

My bet is the idiot "stunt" bikers scared the crap out of the driver and he/she swerved away and hit the other vehicle. Then told police he/she was cutoff by the group.

Not saying the motorcyclist are guilt free, but something about this story isn`t adding up with me.
