Ummm... States cannot restrict firearms ownership if their state constitution forbids it - you must have missed that point.

Here is the section in the constitution of my birth state:

[Art.] 2-a. [The Bearing of Arms.]. All persons have the right to keep and bear arms in defense of themselves, their families, their property and the state.

Many states have one just like it, or similar.

Nice try, though.

Please name for me the state in which I can carry a weapon in a National Park or Monument.

Maybe they "can't", but they do.

LOL! The state of Washington doesn't require you to have GOVERNMENT PERMISSION to own various types of weapons?

What a silly claim to make.

"The State of Washington prohibits ownership of automatic weapons, or any part thereof, and obtaining a Federal license will not change the status of NFA weapons to lawful to possess. "
