Ummm... States cannot restrict firearms ownership if their state constitution forbids it - you must have missed that point.Please name for me the state in which I can carry a weapon in a National Park or Monument.

Maybe they "can't", but they do. And that is the kind of crap we have to fight against. What Keyes appears to be offering however, doesn't do that. It just gives government MORE power over our rights...
