I went and voted. Then voted again and noticed something interesting. Even though you may think you're vote counts as many times as you enter it, that's likely not the case. Look at the URL below, which came up after my second vote:

http://moneycentral.msn.com/content/CNBCTV/Promos/P92652.asp?ShowResults=1&HasVotedTwice=1,#Vote

In HTML code parlance, HasVotedTwice seems to indicate a database value, and the value of '1' seems to indicate that the server recognizes that the person has already voted, as opposed to a value of '0' which would indicate that the person hasn't voted already.

An interesting observation.
