When the Supreme court upheld McCain Feingold, I think they sent the Presidency a message. "The next time some bill comes up that should be vetoed, veto it. Don't try and push the dirty work off on the Supremes."
----as far as I'm concerned, the only "message" that got sent is that five black-robed liberals don't care what the words "Congress shall make no law" mean----
