Brit and Kristol pointed out that John Kerry's version today disputes that '69 document.
That is one element that is being overlooked in this fiasco. Kerry and Kerry's mouthpieces have altered the versions/renditions so many times, that most news people, reporters, news readers haven't kept up.
Kerry and Kerry's mouthpieces have contradicted their own versions. There are about a dozen version of the Christmas in Cambodia story. That doesn't even take into account the differing stories surrounding the actions that resulted in Kerry getting his medals.
That is exactly the reason that Kerry -- not a mouthpiece -- needs to come forward and address this issue. If that means an hour debate with John O'Neill or a news conference with open questions, Kerry needs to address this himself.

(After 20 years in the Senate, all Kerry has to run on is 4 months of service in Viet Nam.)

My goodness, you've hit on it. Where's Dick Cavett? Still kicking, right?
Next time the dems challenge Pres Bush to submit to ALL the debates proposed someone should say only if Kerry will agree to everything we propose.....and we propose a redux!
