I watched CSPIN showing LIEberman addressing a caucus at the DNC convention. He stood there and spoke about the election being stolen in 2000.
I will give him no quarter on anything he says about anything........the man is a LIAR and always will be.

Juan defends the misguided policy Kerry bravely spoke to. The RAT talking point will be that testifying to Congress about US atrocities and confessing to being a war criminal is the act of a patriot. I wonder how McCain and the Millions of other Viet Nam Vets will appreciate having their patriotism questioned.

O'Neill was great on Stephie's show. I was surprised that Stephie allowed him so much time. And Podesta? Why does the Kerry campaign keep trotting out Clinton Admin hacks for defense?

Any mention of Kerry voting against the first Gulf War. Said the coalition for that war was phony.
Recently heard Kerry say that he voted against the first gulf war on the advice of his daughter.

"George Will just said a documentary is being produced, apparently by SBVT, that is 28 minutes long, that will give legs to the Kerry-POW issue, scheduled for release in September.
Woowoo!
Awesome!!
...but if you think it will be shown on any of the liberal media your're smokin' something...."
The more we all give to SBVFT, the bigger and better the ad buys, and the liberal MS(news)M now has no choice but to report the story, now that Kerry stepped all up in the S*** with his actions this week.

Does anyone think that NBC and CNBC are going to run clarifications or retractions of the OBVIOUS AND EGREGIOUS ERROR they made yesterday evening in using Rood's account to impugn the Swiftvets' recollections about Kerry's BRONZE STAR? It won't matter to the outcome of this battle. What is in play, regarding making corrections, is their own credibility and market share.

Did you see the look on Krugman's face when Will told them about the documentary being produced? That has got to go down in history as the biggest 'aw-$hit' look ever.
I am not sure Bush should step into this. It's going so good as is. Remember the dims went after Bush's record early on to attempt to inoculate Kerry against attacks on his service record. This is why they are desperately trying to get Bush into the fray. It is also why they can't effectively counter the Swiftees, they refuse to answer the charges and the longer they wait the worse it will get. We would know the answer if Kerry would release the records, but I will bet you he knows that would be the end of his campaign.
If I were Bush, I would just let the Swiftees do their thing.

To your # 481, I say Amen and that makes 2 of us. His efforts to reclaim his reputation will not make a dent in what he did and what he is still doing. I will never forget how he compromised (180 degree turns) in what he had previously believed in order to get power by any means. He's BURNED toast.

I just hope people were watching this, even though NBC was airing the Olympics.

What have Kerry's daughters got to offer other than, Our daddy is a Vietnam hero and those mean Swiftboat Vets are picking on him?Wolf just played a clip of one of them. She said maybe the critics want him showing his wounds to prove he served (like anybody is questioning he was even over there).
Kerry hiding behind his daughters' skirts!
Unbelievably unmanly and cowardly.
To: OldFriend
Kerry gets advice from his daughters? Good Lord and shades of Carter/Amy and Clinton/Chelsea. A weegie (sp) board answer would be more comforting.

Supposedly at the end of WWII, there was a quasi-deal for Indochinese independence, but we reneged on that as a concession to the French. When the French ran into big trouble in the 50s, i.e. Dien Bien Phu, they even asked Eisenhower for nuclear assistance. After they left we assumed the reponsibilty in fighting the Communists.

Question: Can the 527's keep putting on ads (if they don't advocate a candidate) AFTER Sept. 1, according to the McCain-Feingold law?

Has anyone seen Chris Matthews in the last two days?-----
I think a decent conservative found him in a dark alley somewhere. Or, he may have been fired or told to go on vacation.

"If he wants to have a debate about our service in Vietnam...." Is that the royal "our", John. Dubya never said he was in Viet Nam."
Interesting comment from Kerry given his family histroy. His dad was a pilot in the Army Air Force, but never saw a Zero or a 109. Did all his flying here as a test pilot. A dangerous job, but not like flying 20 missions over Germany or flying TBMs from carriers like anothe Bush. Does anyone think the elder Kerry was delinquent in his service? I don't think so. Yet Kerry implies this about the President when the President flew in a manner very similar to Kerry's dad under similar circumstances.

Did you guys notice Krugman's mouth-agape/jaw-drop look on "Snufalupagus" when George Will revealed the news of the September release of a SBVFT "28 minute documentary"?
Krugman at times has a "dumb as a stump", sneaky little s*** look, but he REALLY looked blindsided and worried by that info.
I wish I had a still-store of that image.
