Yes and I can believe I'm Britney Spears.
Joe started to go wobbly about 6 months ago.
I, co-incidently, stopped watching him at about that time.
Joe's not doing his homework. I stopped watching him because of this.
I thought it was more like a challenge to Kerry. He should apologize for what he said against his fellow vets way back or if he is not sorry and stays quiet the controversy will continue.
Joe Scarborough is Bill O'Reilly lite
Well, I heard it just now. But, when I heard it, I thought that Joe was sending out a challenge to Kerry. Joe Scarborough said, that if Kerry ignores the subject, its like admitting it. Joe said that Kerry should apologize for what he said over 30 years ago. Larry ODonnell the dem twerp, said that by ignoring the swiftboat vets book and Ad, the Kerry campaign hopes to keep it from getting noticed by the mainstream press.
He let the MSNBC guy O'Donnell get away with saying Fatso's 9-11 film had 7 or 8 inconsistencies... we Freepers know there are 57! The talking point of the authors of the Swiftboat book not interviewing the guys on Kerry's boat has been adressed by O'Neill, they refused under advisement not to talk to him. As a trained and successful interrogator (interviewer for the PC, which I'm not) I can tell Joe needs to listen to these guys word for word and the most important factor is to know your stuff before conducting the "interview".
Scarborough's thickheaded and a dullard. Can't see the truth when it hits him square in the face. I watched his program one time over a year ago and couldn't sit through the entire thing.
Just another quick point I observed, when this O'donnell guy spews about the mainstream media not picking up on the story, or already deeming it "un-newsworthy", Joe should have asked if he could construe it as hiding the story hoping it may go away, or burying it because of their bias toward the lib candidate in the election, not wanting to harm Kucking Ferry.
Call me crazy, but do war heroes take center stage across the world and unsurp the morale and credibility of their fellow Vets and country while at the same time embolden the enemy? Let`s not even get into who won what medals, that to me is enough to get someone tried for treason never mind lead this country. Let`s not forget, those Vets from Aru-Gharib are probably going to do jail time for doing something to our military that in my opinion was just as equal as to what Kerry did, if not less.
I must be honest. I haven't read "Unfit for Command" yet. I simply believe it because all 'rats are liars. If they are not, then they will have to refute what the Swift-vets are saying.
They will simply attempt personally destroy the messenger. There will be no refutation of "Unfit for Command". That is enough evidence for me.
Benefit of any doubt goes to the swiftvets.
Kerry is a liar until he proves otherwise, and I daresay, he cannot.
Blessings, Bobo
Can't help ya .. I gave up on Joe a while back .. he's comments are a but much for me to take
Oh and BTW .. Kerry is on record saying he is proud of what he did back in the 70's
And Kerry ain't no hero
Joe has given more airtime to the swiftvet's ad story than any other cable network. I'll give him credit for that. He's being fair but supports the swiftvets as much as Hannity. O'Reilly is the real turncoat.
Kerry is a war hero ONLY in the sense that anyone who went to Vietnam is considered a war hero.
In reality, he negated that goodwill not only by distorting and lying about his own service, but then returning to lie and distort the years of service of his fellow soldiers.
Ironic, isn't it, that Kerry distorted his own four months of service to make himself out a hero, while distorting the admirable service of everyone around himself to make THEM look like war criminals and baby killers.
He'll say anything for ratings, which are lower than low for him. Sad to see a formerly decent guy become a ratings *hore.
Winning seven Academy Awards (including Best Picture), this classic drama follows three World War II veterans as they return to small-town America. Homer (Harold Russell), Al (Fredric March) and Fred (Dana Andrews) are desolate as they try to come to terms with their experiences. Best Supporting Actor Russell, a real veteran who lost his hands in the war, also won an Honorary Oscar "for bringing hope and courage to his fellow veterans."
Is there an honorary Oscar Hollywood can give to Kerry for bringing the opposite to his fellow Veterans? After all, Kerry did star in a movie. His own.
John Gibson is doing a great job filling in for Flip-Flop O'Reilly on the Swifties. I wish they would make it permanent.
