best conservative on TV?
Posted on 08/17/2004 5:06:00 PM PDT by Sgt. Pile E-6
I was just listening to Michael Savage and he said that TV has NO good conservatives on it. My question is, who is your favorite conservative on TV.
My answer is Sean Hannity

Michael Savage had his chance on TV but blew it. He hasn't got over it yet.

I've never heard Hannity's radio show, but I think he really stinks on TV. He really comes across as pretty simpleminded. He prepares a couple of talking points before the show then pounds them over and over again. He lacks the nimble mindedness to adapt his arguments mid stream and make new, stronger points. Mentally he is definitely an O Lineman and not a RB.

Depends on how you define your terms. If by "best conservative" you mean the individual who brings the most folks to the pubbie side, I'd say it's Teresa, hands down. I'd like to see her do an hour a day show. Within a week, even Ted Kennedy would be crosssing party lines.

Joe Scarborough hasn't made up his mind yet if he is still a conservative.

BRIT HUME! I just love it when he slaps Juan Williams around on Fox News Sunday! Sunday's the day Brit can really let it rip, and he does so brilliantly. During the week he's more of a straight news guy than a commentator.
