The crux of his meetings, is that he was still on the government payroll at the time, which I believe is an act of treason.

From another thread....

Earlier this year, Kerry spokesman Michael Meehan told the Boston Globe that Kerry had "no role whatsoever in the Paris peace talks or negotiations." Meehan said Kerry had gone to Paris on a private trip and had one brief meeting with Madam Nguyen Thi Binh and others.

Binh, a leader of the Provisional Revolutionary Government, a communist group based in South Vietnam, had a list of peace-talk points, including the suggestion that U.S. POWs would be released when American forces withdrew.

Whoops!!!!

This needs to be worked on and worked on and worked on.

I also believe Kerry should be prosecuted for lying to Congress when he gave testimony after returning from Vietnam and telling his tall tales. Not remembering things exactly 35 years later is one thing......lying when it is all current events is another.

Please, Dept of Justice. Follow up on this and prosecute this lying gigolo.

Unfortunately, Demon Rats are never held accountable for their actions, and he won't either. I know it sucks, but that's reality.

Section 3
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Being on the government payroll is not a requirement. Just levying war or giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States.
