The crux of his meetings, is that he was still on the government payroll at the time, which I believe is an act of treason.

I also believe Kerry should be prosecuted for lying to Congress when he gave testimony after returning from Vietnam and telling his tall tales. Not remembering things exactly 35 years later is one thing......lying when it is all current events is another.
