John O'Neill To Be On Hardball Tonight
Hardball | 8/12/04 | Chris Matthews

Posted on 08/12/2004 4:04:32 PM PDT by pookie18

Since O'Neill will be the guest, I'm sure it will be "hardball". However, after what he encountered on Crossfire with Carvile (sic) & Leapin' Lanny Davis, this'll probably feel like a walk in the park...

Typical dem tactic.

Always shout over the other guy so he can't answer and so that he can't be heard. Dems are very afraid of the truth getting out there.

AMAZING HOW CHRISSY DOES NOT SEEM TO TALK OVER HURLEY!

Bush didn't write the book! It's the Swift Boat Vets and John O'Neill that are questioning Kerry from the book. It's not about W.

Chris and Alan both need to have better reading comprehension. LOL

Chris has bragged in the past that he "had a ball" while he was in the Peace Corps during the Vietnam war.....he was teaching English in some foreign country (I forgot which one), "riding around on a motorcycle"........and AVOIDING going to Vietnam.

I actually think old Chris is lending more credibility to John just by the fact he won't let him answer.

Little Chrissy must be afraid to hear the answer!

Chris is acting like if you were a Republican during the Viet nam era it made you a bad person. What a nut!

Cambodia!

I almost missed it but I think I heard O'Neill said they hired an investigator and 3 of the Kerry supporters told him that the Cambodia story did NOT happen.

Then it was time for a break with Matthews and Hurely looking chagrined again.

What is making them frustrated is that they can't touch O'Neill...That's because the truth is on his side. You can't fight the truth...that's why Carville, Matthews, Davis, Hurley just default to name calling.

I'm going to the SBV's website to make a contribution...

Why doesn't O'Neill mention Gardner? Gardner was a crewman on Kerry's boat.

O'Neill has the patience of a saint. If Hurley, Davis or Carville called me a liar, one of us would end up bloodied on the floor.

George W. Bush chose to fly F-102. More difficult and more dangerous......Bush tried to be sent to Vietnam, but the war was winding down and F=102's were being fazed out....facts seldom mentioned.""

EXACTLY! BUSH ASKED TO BE ON THE PALACE ALERT PROGRAM (Guard pilots sent to Vietnam)...He was told he did not have the hours.

I am gonna e-mail the Swifties and share those articles with them. I know they are not here to talk about Bush....but maybe they can slam that in the faces of the lying libs.

I cannot believe how cool and calm Oneill is in the face of what he has had to put up with today. I am really impressed with this man!

How about John Oneill for President?!?

while I realize it might hurt his case, wouldn't you just love to see O'Neill take out his 45 and shoot them both in the farhead: Must see TV...

Yes, and when O'Neill claimed that the 3 crew members were instructed not to speak with O'Neill's P.I., Hurley interjected that was a lie.

I would guess O'Neill is given extra courage by knowing his book is coming out.

People can read it by themselves, without Matthews getting in the way of the truth.
