What's your point? That press releases are unreliable? Considering the charges are libelous if they are false and that the columnist has asked the publisher to stop publishing the book, I think this has merit.

My point is that a Press Release has an ulterior motive, usually financially motivated.

I wouldn't get too excited about these charges until they are published by a third party that has done some homework.
