I find it a little bit scary that they are still out there
'surveying', when I would think the terrorists would be 'laying low' for awhile from all the recent arrests (although I guess this guy was arrested here on July 20th).
So much was being discussed by Shep today and one question that screamed out:
Why is there no law on this type of surveillance?!
