Thanks for the report! I find it encouraging that we seem to be preempting their surveillance. IMO, that in itself will diminish the the threat of attack.

I find it a little bit scary that they are still out there
'surveying', when I would think the terrorists would be 'laying low' for awhile from all the recent arrests (although I guess this guy was arrested here on July 20th).

This guy , the Paki, just happened to be observed by a cop on the beat. The cop noticed him videotaping and checked the guy out -- nothing fancy, no big operation with hundreds of officers. This cop was worth every dime we pay him! In fact we don't pay him/her enough!
