I don't know if President Bush has reversed the civilian control mechanism that clinton put into place.HUH? I musta missed something here. I guess I was too busy ignoring him. Tell me the 19th GOzillionth way Clinton screwed up our military and national defense with this....

Clintoon signed a bill to absorb the first nuke if we were attacked...not sure but think Bush has already reversed it not sure just think. It is way back on thread ????.
