Wasn't there a report on ING pulling out recently?
We've been repeatedly told- it is not a question of if, but when.
Seems to me that a few interested parties have some advance notice or have made some educated guesses...
Wasn't ING pulling out of Janus? I'm not totally sure...there are so many reports...as well I was reading that institutional traders are sitting on the sidelines...not wanting to put any money into the market.
