Woah! We have been attack free since 9/11 - puleeze do not sell your intel and CI folks short. They have and are busting their backsides long before 9/11 and continue to do so.
We just don't hear about it. And they don't talk about it.
I'm talking about basics, Bobibutu. I should have explained better. Most everyone here knows my position on PC and where my loyalties lie.
This is what I meant:
Simple things like allowing the Border Patrol to do their job. Securing the borders. Firing Norman Mineta. Ignoring political concerns where security is involved.
It's the PC disease I'm talking about; the one that seems to have handcuffed our ability to properly prioritize.
I have no intention or desire to demean the efforts of those who do their jobs and do it well; I wish only to remove the handcuffs.
