I doubt the money being moved out would have been in any danger had it stayed put. It could mean that we're putting a crimp into money sources overseas and this is a reserve source already in this country. Of course a mistake on anybody's part could always let the cops confiscate a discovered stash.
I do think we are now in a waiting mode for an attack.
Wasn't there speculation post 9-11, about airline stocks being sold prior to the attacks? Did anything ever come of investigating leads into the stock market aspect of dumping certain stocks?
