There was a town mentioned that was not even equpiied for habitation although hundreds bought land there, any word on this town?

No word on that town.

It was never officially a Cat 5, but it might have been. Though, the highest reported winds have only been in the Cat 3 area.

News is still very slow in trickling in from the most affected regions. It'll probably be a while before anything tangible is known in regards to damage.
